We continue to make great progress on-site at Bermondsey. We are working hard to minimise disruption to our neighbours and appreciate your patience as we continue work to deliver the new homes, shops, and public spaces for Bermondsey.
We are also delighted to announce we will be supporting Cherry Gardens TRA in their creation of a musical play and their ongoing heritage work into Bermondsey’s rich history. For more information, please visit https://www.cherrygardentra.com/.

CONSTRUCTION WORKING HOURS
We are committed to being a considerate neighbour and will be working hard to ensure that any disruption caused by our construction work is kept to a minimum. Our usual construction working hours are as follows:
8am to 6pm, Weekdays
9am to 2pm, Saturdays
We will continue to endeavour to provide advanced notice of any upcoming out of hours works if required in the future.
UPCOMING WORKS
In order to continue progress on site and install vital infrastructure to service the future homes, there are some upcoming activities that may impact local traffic.
We are continuing to coordinate with Thames Water who are working in the area to ensure collaborative working to minimise local highways disruption.
We have now completed UK Power Solutions bringing power to our site from Verney Road and now only have works local to our site to complete.
