Dear Resident,
Great progress continues to be made on-site at Bermondsey. We are working hard to minimise disruption to our neighbours and appreciate your patience as we continue work to deliver the new homes, shops, and public spaces for Bermondsey.
CONSTRUCTION QUERIES
We are pleased to introduce Natalie, our new dedicated community liaison officer. Natalie will be out in the local area introducing herself to our neighbours over the next few weeks. We continue to actively monitor construction vehicle movements to ensure the safety of all road users, and have put additional measures in place to minimise the transfer of dust and mud to the surrounding roads. Daily noise and vibration readings are also being taken and monitored to ensure environmental control limits are adhered to.
CONSTRUCTION WORKING HOURS
We are committed to being a considerate neighbour and will be working hard to ensure that any disruption caused by our construction work is kept to a minimum. Our usual construction working hours are as follows:

UPCOMING WORKS
In order to continue progress on site and install vital infrastructure to service the future homes, there are some upcoming activities that may impact local traffic.
The forecast dates are currently approximate, and the final traffic management plans are still under review with Southwark Council. Further announcements will be made in due course once arrangements have been confirmed.
We will also be coordinating with Thames Water and UK Power Networks who are due to undertake unrelated works in the surrounding area over this period.
