London Square at The Bermondsey Project – Building V Reserved Matters Application Validated

Blog

Posted 2 years ago

The Bermondsey Project team are pleased to share that the Reserved Matters Application which sets out the detailed designs for Building V, has now been validated and is being considered by officers at Southwark Council (Planning reference: 24/AP/2337).

Under our detailed plans, Building V will deliver 338 homes for social rent alongside Buildings O, P, Q and W, playing a significant role in addressing Southwark’s housing shortfall, and long social housing waitlist.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who took part in our public consultation earlier this year. Your insight into the local area and constructive feedback on our proposals has been invaluable. To recap our proposals, you can view our June 2024 exhibition boards here.

You can find the application and its supporting documents by searching for the application’s reference number ‘24/AP/2337’ on the Council’s planning portal.

We remain committed to engaging with the local community and stakeholders as we await determination from the council. We look forward to starting work on the above buildings as soon as we can, to provide more social housing for those most in need.

We continue to welcome any questions or feedback you have, so please do not hesitate to get in touch, via info@greystar-bermondseyproject.com, or calling us on 020 3900 3676.
