Dear Resident,

We have made significant progress on site over the last month with construction works commencing on the new buildings and demolition of the old school buildings nearing completion.

Infrastructure works across the site continue to progress well, with the installation of drainage and other utilities around the old packing factory and along the western side of the Workspace buildings.

Construction of new temporary haul roads within the site have been completed, enabling smooth traffic movements around site. A logistics contractor has also now been onboarded to assist with site wide construction traffic management. Entrance gateways have been created around the site on both Clements and Drummond Road to enable multiple points of entry onto site, assisting with traffic flow and minimising waiting times on the surrounding roads. Traffic marshals are also in place to ensure the safety of pedestrians and other road users.

Noise and vibration readings are taken daily on site, and are being monitored alongside environmental control limits to minimise disruption to our neighbours. Dust suppression measures are also in place, including the use of water cannons, site hoarding and scaffolding wraps.

We are committed to being a considerate neighbour and will be working hard to ensure that any disruption caused by our construction work is kept to a minimum. Our construction working hours are as follows:

CONSTRUCTION WORKING HOURS

8am to 6pm, Weekdays

9am to 2pm, Saturdays
