We’re thrilled to announce that our vision for The Bermondsey Project has taken a significant step forward with the recent approval from Southwark Council.
Our proposals have been shaped through extensive consultations with the community, ensuring alignment with local needs and preferences. The revised plans not only increase the provision of affordable housing but also incorporate safety enhancements and improved public spaces, fostering a sustainable and inclusive environment for community interaction. With this approval, we’re one step closer to bringing this vision to life.

This important milestone means that we can now begin construction on the long-awaited development and deliver much needed new homes and green spaces for Bermondsey. We’re excited to see our plans come to fruition and to witness the positive impact they’ll have on the community.
Our commitment extends beyond construction and we will continue to collaborate with local residents, businesses and community groups to maximise the project’s benefits for the whole area, including boosting footfall to the existing town centre and providing training and employment opportunities.
