Construction Works Update, October 2023

Dear Resident,
September was a productive month for the Bermondsey Project, with early construction work now well-underway. You may have noticed that the zebra crossing on Drummond Road is nearing completion, and in other news the new Charter School building will be opening in the coming months. Infrastructure works are progressing well, notably the installation of pipework around the retained packing factory.
Looking ahead to this month, the zebra crossing is due to be completed by mid-October, ground investigation works within the carpark area are nearing completion and we will be continuing demolition works on the vacant, old school building that has been cleared out over recent weeks.
We are committed to being a considerate neighbour and will be working hard to ensure that any disruption caused by our demolition work is kept to a minimum. Our construction working hours are as follows:

CONSTRUCTION WORKING HOURS
8am to 6pm, Weekdays
9am to 2pm, Saturdays
