We are pleased to share that we will be starting construction works on the Bermondsey Project in the coming weeks. Over the next few years, the Bermondsey Project will deliver much needed new homes, shops, offices, and public spaces, revitalising the local area.
Recently you may have spotted new hoardings being put up around the site (formerly the Peak Freens Biscuit Factory), with more people coming and going as we prepare to start work. We will soon begin below ground infrastructure works which will enable the future construction of the buildings next year.
Greystar is committed to being a considerate neighbour and will be working hard to ensure that any disruption caused by our construction work is kept to a minimum. Traffic management will be in place and vehicles travelling to and from the site will use Drummond Road, Southwark Park Road and Clements Road.
